What they (ADI) want and what they are going to get are two different matters.
They now have a target statement that says 61 cents is "FAIR MARKET VALUE".
IMO AWE will be able to pick up a minimum 5% this year if the T/O lapses, maybe another 5 - 10% from those that picked up shares in the 41 - 42 cent area if they increase the bid to that 61 cents, another unknown % from the people that will say 'forgetit' and move on, and probably most of the shares from the cap raising as well.
That gives them over 50% and control of ADI. Then they can buy up another 5% of the outstanding shares every year on the market until the shares become so illiquid that they are the only buyers.
Its game over for ADI one way or another and they have only themselves to blame.
