if the members of the auditing commitee including Roy Pain and Peter Smith who has been on the board for five years conducted regular financial audits much of this problem could have been avoided and appropriate interventionary measures could have been implemented sooner instead of dicking around and watching large chunks of money being squandered on poorly researched and poorly implemented drilling campaigns , thats why its a .0012c stock and if the members of the auditing panel got of their collective backsides sooner the company would now have a sustainable cash reserve . yes you can thank the old coot for that . -you posted other stuff re reveleighs 18mill shares and the high value compared to other directors funds/funding etc hence my comments re 216k and how u know what others r worth in short u dont.... the prospectus states Reveleighs holding around 18m from recollection , who knows , i would assume he still has a considerable interest and as a jilted ex Director I believe it is within his capacity and possibly within his nature to use his significant holding as a vehicle to sabotage or possibly manipulate the market .An indidual / or parties have engaged in what appears to be a deliberate and sustained attempt to push the share price down over the last few weeks and seek to cap the value below .0015c . Any guesses . we cant be sure . Perhaps ASIC might be interested in reviewing course of sales over the last month . another long answer for you
