Management have 'normalised' earnings in the report, which excludes the $2.4m write down on the interest rate swap.
But to be fair, you can't exclude an unrealised loss, then include the sale from discontinued operations. Hardly representative of reality.
Let the loan books do their thing and profits should increase nicely.
