Not much to add to previous posts - either accept the offer or hold and see what comes in the future.
UBS has accepted about half to KCN, Auralandia still holding. so far there are more than 10% holding out.
KCN has over 40% and GT already on the board, so they will have control for sure soon.

personally l am hedging and holding some and accepted some KCN shares.

if holding will expect to wait maybe a year for another offer, maybe.
