    The foolish ones are the AND directors, who have a misguided view of the current worth of Andean.

    KCN now has in excess of 10% (My bet is --a lot more in the next 2 weeks)

    AND shareholders will (it is showing) take the KCN offer - maybe not the diehard instos, but there will be enough to give KCN , SIGNIFICANT "clout"!
