oldfolk, curiously I've learned something new each week from the regulars, and not least yourself.
BTW Gekkko although I think you may ultimately be correct in stating NY as the most likely jurisdiction if Thai PM does becomes a recalcitrant and refused to recognise the award, under UNICTRAL arbitration awards a writ of garnishment could be delivered in any of the 156 jurisdictions including Oz courts if there are enough foreign reserves invested here already.
