So if Denial hasn't provided it sooner, I'll re-post..It'll be settled before TAFTA hearing anyway..If Mister 'Tuu' still occupies the P.M. seat, he'll avoid the embarrassment of face-losing court loss decision and consequently save a few hundred million $ ..just like Zurich just did. In reference to where SP is likely to be at year end, my conservative call of $1 is based on an early settlement/cop out by Tuu (if he survives as P.M. to do it) to spike our SP to circa $2 after which point bank short-sellers roll in to squash it back down to $1 at year end..using the uncertainty of where KCN will deploy it's half billion $. That scenario just played out on GXY..which cashed up to that amount..spiked then got shorted obscenely. Until the white collar criminals get prosecuted they control our SP..but cash is King..black is not white
