250 unelected senators appointed by the junta PM appoint the next PM along with 500 elected MPs. So I can't see Uncle Tu (the junta PM) losing office and that's not good for the Tafta claim. It's not that you don't have a strong case, it's that you'll be relying on the goodwill of the Thai "elected" junta to pay up when it's decided in your favour. If Uncle Tu loses office on the weekend, it'll be be a value catalyst for the KCN and it suddenly becomes a mega bargain. The market probably won't appreciate that outcome though, so I'll be watching the election outcome.
