At this stage of the game it's clearly not if we win the TAFTA case but how much do we win isn't it? I don't see anyway this can be argued as anything other than illegitimate discriminatory expropriation which must be compensated for. We were literally the only gold operation in the country. Even the Thais know they don't have a legal leg to stand on.

So from what I gather Kingsgate are looking for a US$750m or 1 BILLION AUD payout if the Thais don't play ball? That is $3+ per share or a 13 bagger from these levels exclusive of other assets?
Does this sound right? What an absolute monster this is looking if so.
