Yes locals or non-listed private investors could be the natural owner of this asset going forward, particularly whilst the Junta remain in charge. Remember it was a genuine low cash cost producer of 125k oz au and 850k oz ag @ <US$600/oz (ex royalties which adds another $95/oz but could be subject to negotiation along with hefty tax rates) per annum before shut down.
