That's true Hillgrove do not have underground experience. But if the economics are reasonable, they will learn, albeit with their share of mistakes at first which will probably result in some cost overruns. Keep in mind that pre-Hillgrove, UG mining has already been conducted at Kanmantoo and was abandoned due to a low copper price, not poor grades. It is critical that they get some UG mining going sooner rather than later and at a small scale only, to mitigate risk.
