According to my screen there are buyers for four times as many options as are on issue at 0.2 cents, so if you want them you have to pay 0.3. If you want to sell you have to sell at 0.2. It would seem that the company could easily raise another $2M by issuing 0.5 options at 0.2 cents. The demand seems to be there.
