you don't even know the terms of the notes in question, they are nothing to do with the notes that were converted over the last few months. They would be KBLO notes

KBLA note holders invested a lot to keep this company afloat a long time ago and have not been converting. They even agreed extended the terms to allow the company a chance to recover.

You jump on others as quick as you throw money into a bad stock. DYOR
