I also could hardly believe it at first nerdy but my quant assures me that oversupply is sensitive to changes in both supply and demand.....incredible but true! Who knew!?
Apparently if you can grasp subtraction it becomes quite obvious - buy any time under 5c and IMO it is a multi bagger.
