Looking at it with new glasses it would appear that they may be doing small placment prior to drilling so they have funds left after drilling. It is not what I would like but just what it looks like to me. Ie those taking part selling down to take on new shares just a opinion and I hope I'm wrong.Although it may be prudent course action.
