Like most KAS Investors, I have been miffed by the direction that the KAS Management have taken with the unfathomable allegiance towards PALA Investments.
In my humble opinion, PALA will take control of KAS if the "Convertible Note" resolution is voted in, make no mistake.
I have come across a letter from Mr David Willis who can explain the ongoing battle he has had with KAS Management and PALA Investments. You will remember Mr Willis is the shareholder who thwarted the previous take over bid by PALA through its subsidiary Asian Minerals Resources, which was later on sold for $1.00.
