Just wanted to post a short message calling out Karen Negus for some great work re shareholder relations. She has taken my phone call on a couple of occasions and always been polite and professional. I also know she is working incredibly hard to win new business for Tesserent. It's human nature I guess to criticise people when they do the wrong thing - but it's also important to call people out when they do good work.
