This will only happen if there is a board spill or several resignations from the Board. After all, shareholders entrust the Board not just the CEO to deliver. It's the decisions by the Board that make or break a company not just one or two personnel.

I think from memory the Board and managment are on around $1.2m cash salaries plus sharebased payments. tjis in my opinion is excessive for an explorer of ZYL's size.
