A lot of shareholders would possibly support a rights issue, if it a) gave us additional shares/oppies/obvious value, or b) If the company laid out the future plans and demonstrated that things were different now and c) If there was some confirmation that there would either be no LT problems with a court case and / or that ST funding for the company and upcoming project was secure
