It is good that the incoming government continued the process that the previous government had started.

This very short period for submissions, reminds me of what happened for the Albany Wave Energy Project. When it was first advertised, from memory they only had a month to get them in. As it turned out the expiry date was extended.

In effect, there was only one company in with a chance.
