KZL is selling more assets atm, seeking funding agreement atm, everyone knows, company announced, interviewed.

1, KZL has been seeking JV Partner long time.
2,KZL already sold some assets--Nickel asset for $68m. and still selling more--gold assets.
3,KZL mentioned "funding" but never use "raise"
4,Production is temporarily halt pending the "funding" agreement. Indicates the mining projects may change ownership----JV or takeover.
My view is IF KZL solves the debt issue, and keep selling more assets, SP can get 15c+ support is based on above logic.
Debt/restructure is the major issue that caused KZL's SP slashed from 30c+ to 10c, 60% gone! If this issue solved, SP will bounce back--this is simple logic.
