I predict the open price on Monday is between 15c-16.5c, should the funding issued on time.

Looks like KZL is not seeking placement, but for short term debt funding.

Most likely, the funding will be from a JV partner, or takeover bid for all of KZL's assets, otherwise it's can not be so confidential.

Whichever the above, selling more non-core, or core assets is welcomed and this will give strong support to half of KZL's NTA value 25c (1/2 of 50c).
