KZL is suspended bcz they failed to submit Financials with ASIC. The main reason being they cant finalise their financials due to sale of Lizard Lounge. Their is a section in financials Post balance sheet Events where you need to report these type of transaction which would have a material effect on the company. Unless they don't disclose this information auditors wont sign the FS and so they cant submit their FS with ASIC. I hope this make sense to all......this is purely my understanding.
