BB, how is this anywhere near a fair deal for Mungana when, where you say Mungana is worth $235-470M, yet Mungana is selling this for $36.7M. Why would the non Kagara shareholders of Mungana accept this deal, which is a condition of the deal? How would the Mungana Independent Expert find this a fair and reasonable deal, again a condition
