On Friday 29 August 2008 David Laurence McEvoy and I were appointed Voluntary Administrators of the above named companies under section 436A of the Corporations Act (2001) Cth.
NOTICE is now given that a meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at the Monto Town Hall, 51 Newton Street, Monto Qld 4630 on Tuesday 9 September 2008 at 1:00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and 2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution;
1. remove the administrator from office; and 2. appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
