Kaboko needs to start producing first and achieving its milestones rather than that hype talk about "Take Over" that we often see here on HC.

Noble don't go about being a predator for minnows, they support them like they did with TTY to grow, another example is AKM, it benefits Noble because of the guarantee of commodity supply.

read the article again to see at what stage did the offer come for shareholders.

Have we ever seen The Noble group taking over such a small market cap like the 7m kaboko before realizing their potential....I don't believe so!

There is a bit too much exuberance IMO!
