@rivermore, I also thought there was something wrong with the figures and then calculated. I think the previous notice and voting power 6.275% for 13.933m is given for the total SOI of that notice date because the total SOI was 220m at that time.
Now present notice voting power 7.775% is given for today SOI which is 298m .

Thanks for the broker data. Yes it is obvious that VBS Exchange use Evans&Partner.
The interesting thing here on the table is total of Evans&Partner buy volume (3.7m) and taylors sell volume (3.9m) is very close to each other. And their buy and sale volume is much bigger than total of other buy and sale volumes.
Why there was not much sellers other than Taylor is the question IMO!
It looks like they have exchanged the shares while the sp was pushed down and kept in the 8-9c range.
I am smelling a takeover offer by all these games.
All IMO of course.
