Newtrader I'm not sure if Movies Online have put up any money, if they have I'm not sure where they would have got the money from as MOL has limited resources itself, the ASX release say 'the prospectus has received significant support from EzyDVD, Movies Online and the Directors'
I have not heard of anything released from the Directors of Movies Online, so it's really not surprising that RMA would get the support of MOL considering that the two of the major shareholders and Directors of MOL are currently Directors in RMA.
I don't want to sound critical of this proposal until I have had a good look at it, it However it does seem to look promising at the moment and as you mentioned in a previous post it would bring a different management perspective to RMA
