15 discrete milestones, one third attributable to revenue build etc etc - about 25% of the company (IF) they hit the targets - and, the targets are in the right categories - all hard without wishy washy soft targets (revenue, customers etc)
looks smart to me - cheap way to buy market share
plus, if EzyDVD dont perform, then there is no giveaway
