    Interesting business this.

    I don't fully understand the nature of the structure they are proposing but my reading of the release is that the new entity won't be listed as it mentions that the enterprise will be owned by the (3) partners c.f shareholders.

    Anyone out there with expertise in this area that could add to / clarify any aspects of this development?
