I wanted to say on "similar terms to Chapman Island operation."
CBD fans will be aware that CBD built and now operates a wind generating facility for a small community living on a remote New Zealand island.
CBD expected gross revenue from this operation between 800, 000 and million dollars a year for period of 20 years. After twenty years the facility will become property of Chapman Island community.
