I guess I'm thinking the structure could be 'justified' for tax reasons in addition to a separate listing but without further info, who knows.

It wouldn't kill this comapny to be a bit more forthcoming.

I'm still trying to figure out what triggered the market sensitive status of yesterday's announcement given the lack of details. The 'date' isn't 'sensitive', the 'partners' aren't 'sensitive'.
