Agree @ChilledWine. I'm sure they will when they're ready. I know that discussions between the two companies are ongoing and they're working towards the best outcome for the project.
It looks like MOD will need 90% ownership of the project as they work towards the DFS, in order to secure the vital debt funding to go the production route.
