Maybe the bloke with the announcement got tangled in vines(or worse)on his way out to deliver the news. The jungles of Borneo are hard to punch through.
My apologies for being underwhelmed, Im waiting for an excuse like we all are.
And somewhere out in the Borneo jungles, there is a man clutching a SRK JV/Offtake announcement who had better be halfway through the alimentary canal of a Boaconstricter before I acknowledge and forgive his lateness.
Peeved.
