Now that the exclusivity period given to the Indian Company has expired, SRK is now free to sell the Indonesian coal assets to somebody else (ie. hopefully the Chinese). Given the recent upgrade of the coal reserves and possibly with more upgrades to come, the selling process shouldn't be too difficult.
