The Company has proposed to repay its major shareholder Discovery Africa Limited (ASX:
DAF) the sum of $300,000 and issue 50,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue
price of $0.002 as full and final satisfaction of the remaining loan outstanding to DAF. The
share issue to DAF will be subject to any shareholder approvals required.
So another 100k in shares, maybe AGY will have a graphite find go boom and we can dump our 50 million shares of market, in the ideal world.
Well lets hope we find the goods.
