Obvious a lot of thought has gone into picking these two projects (and time!) and i agree with other posters Chalice has the advantage that it can leverage its cash pile into picking up projects on the cheap before the world economy picks up too much in politically safe area’s.

Chalice still needs to pick its new cornerstone investment but this news is a good omen.
