    Cancellation of contracys always leads to compensation payments to suppliers.

    Usually this is the inherent costs and lost profits.

    This will be a windfall gain for BRS to put in the kitty for buyback.

    So let the government cancel the contract and close naaru and manus.

    Btw closures require work as well so BRS will profit.
