    I rang lodestar re this offer a couple of weeks ago and was advised.
    you will receive 1 for 27 (free)
    you also receive a offer to purchase more shares at 20cents on a rate of 25.75, eg. if you owned 1% of dioro you would be offered 1% of lodestar and then in $2000 lots
