I strongly doubt a third party (cos RMS's & AVO's share of DIO should be close to 50%) to come and bid for DIO, unless its a foreign company offerring purely cash. Any bid would have to be $1.50+, to win our hearts, the board's hearts, and AVO's & RMS's hearts as well.
But don't take my world for it. La Mancha accepted AVO's offer. So I don't think La Mancha would want AVO's.
