You must have alot of shares in order for them to call you.
I remember I know someone who had about 1% of DIO and AVO CEO Rohan Williams called to convince them to accept. Eventually they did.
If you accept RMS, you can't accept another offer from somebody else.
If RMS upgrades their offer, then there is a chance you get the increased offer, despite you accepting the previous offer.
