    with AVO holding 45% no chance of another takeover offer.

    I have bought DIO bigtime in low 80ish for RMS shares only. RMS, then next DOM.

    This is costing RMS nothing but a few shares. Good strategy.

    If nothing else AVO will be paying a lot more for the RMS stake in 12 mths time.
