for all that it is worth, and considering that the kcn offer has well and truelly expired. during the term of the kcn takeover offer, andean made a lot of noises about other companies being interested etc etc . however, at the end of the day, it well and truelly looks like nobody else was interested. at the end of the day, kcn ended up with a strategic stake in andean, which was probably far better, than getting full control, as it would have ended up with far too much dilution for existing kcn holders
