the value is in the liquids. Other areas, much further west, produced sub 100 bbls per 1mmcfg. This area is much richer in the gas condensates. Averages of about 250 bbls per 1 mmcfg are talked about. This result is way better than that. That well is worth a lot of money provided that it has a reasonable decline rate.
