There seems to be a standoff between AWE and the arbitrageurs. AWE won't budge and the arbitrageurs smell 50% or more short-term. Result - AWE look like plonkers, and haven't picked up a share, and turnover is now pretty minimal while holders stand back and wait for the next move.
