The Interim report, which is due out tomorrow or Monday should say whether the draw-down of the DBP loan has occurred or not. So not long to wait.

Anyway, major progress has been made with these projects with the LNG tanks completed in both the Phillipines and Indonesia, this includes lining of the tanks by GTT, which was completed in 2015. This is confirmed on the GTT website.... at least it was the last time I had a look.

So this infrastructure is not just going to walk away. Sooner or later these projects will get completed, so major buying opportunity at current SP.
