MLA produces and sells kits to vets. Vets need to get the animal into the hospital, surgically remove fat, process the fat (takes 4 hours) then inject the dog.

Vet brings in the dog, sedates it, prepares the area for injection, and uses a vial/joint. No surgery, no specialised training of nurses.
This adds convenience, removes the requirement for surgery lowers the cost for the owner, and standardises the product. (RGS know exactly how many cells etc in each vial)
