A bit of a worry when the company goes from statements a year back about supermajors to having to engage bottom feeders for financing. There are a few outfits that 'provide' funding like Lind, and it doesn't matter what the guise, they are all pretty much the same - out to make quick money. A lot different to cornerstone investors or farmees etc. There was a year between the appeal being lodged and finalization of the court case - during that time the outcome being the Lind funding. Not sure what else the company was working on as a result other than court cases and generally reducing shareholder value. A little less excellence in the industry conferences and a little more excellence in improving the company and holder value would be a good start. It's one thing when holder speculations fail, but another when company statements and speculations fail. Hope I'm wrong, but a year of decreasing share price even after all the so called pieces have fallen into place leaves little room for positive speculation. Time for real company action since posts indicating a great future ahead read consistently during the past year really aren't getting anyone anywhere. It's in the company ballcourt now to shift sentiment - too much uncertainty despite how good the chances and prospects may be is not a good thing. Focus on one thing and get that over the line first.
