I was given medication and only take it when needed. I am doing much better just knowing what ive got wrong with me haha.
Been doing some trading, dieting and boxing to help the mind out to.
When you can sing and cant remember words to any songs due to the amount of traffic going on in your head, you do wonder over the years. Same with reading books, literally don't remember way to much of it due to the brain hyperactivity. Comes in handy though for skimming the internet/researching etc as i look for shortcuts due to the impatience factor.
