Smelters generally only add 5-20% of the total value to the metal from concentrates, they are expensive to build and run, and they dont need too. Its possible they may see some strategic value in their own smelter but cheaper easier and faster imo without. Unless its closed there is a moly/Re smelter in good old Miami too.
If confirmed a project with these grades of Re would have a significant impact on the small Re world market, i would not be suprised if IVA received interested enquires already from Re user groups. An early MOU with a user group would not be out of the question imo.
Reporting a "target tonnage" with limited drilling or none is not professional and can be exploited by management for their own gain with nothing to back it up. Us calculating it is fine, the 700m i quoted from their info.
The average grade i took 0.5 but much more drilling before this is known and could be higher or lower depending on the final cutoff grade they use.
